Colorfin Pan Pastel Titanium White 100.5 9 ml

Every color comes in as it should, but the titanium white has come in twice completely damaged, messy, spilled and useless. Bad batch? Not buying Panpastels anymore. Too expensive to be like this.

Do this item and it came cracked I’m not able to use this!
