These values are based on the USDA nutrient values.For the Skate liver oil, we don't test the product for vitamin A or D but there is approximately 275-325 mg per half teaspoon for EPA and 350-400 Mg per half teaspoon for DHA."

Very high quality product - using it to reduce brain swelling and promote immune system function. Feel more mental clarity when I take it.

I received the item and capsules look brown unlike previous green pasture items. I’m disappointed and may have to return batch may not be good.
