These are black and grey colored obsidian gemstone cabochons and sterling silver posts. Not sure what size you need? The pink eraser on the end of a pencil is 7mm. Pop one off and hold it to your ear. 8mm would be just slightly bigger, 6mm just slightly smaller and so on.
