This is the latest update on my purchase, the Seller must have noticed my changed review. They got in touch and tried very hard to replace the bag with a similar item. Given I couldn't see what items they were looking at and screen shots of the UK site didn't help them. They thought it best to give me a full refund. Which due to their faultless and much appreciated customer service I will use to purchase another small bag from their range. It has been a very welcome change to be treated so well after the purchase, something all businesses should do but rarely do.They have also reassured me my feedback has been shared with the factory to make the necessary adjustments to improve the quality of the bag.Small bags at a reasonable price seem to be hard to come by and after much searching decided on this one. It isn't the best quality but it the perfect size I've been looking for, very attractive exterior and a nice feel to the material. Very pleased.Update just a few months in, the zip is dodgy and things are falling off. Nice while it lasted, just not robust enough to waste money on. Stay clear.
