We previously had an intex inflatable spa and was hit with the dreaded E90 error. Usually it was just air in the line but it finally died after only 1 and a half summers. We decided to “upgrade” and get the Helsinki from Saluspa. I love the thinner wall design. It’s feels more sturdy than our previous thicker inflatable! On top of that it is advertised as usable in all 4 seasons. We live in Ohio and it gets cold so we will see. Setup was simple. Similar to others. Heated up to 104 in 24 hours so no problem there. Bubbles massage works great. If I had any complaints it would be that my previous cup holders do not fit due to the thinner wall. Other than that this has been a great upgrade and we are looking forward to using it all year long. Cosmetically it looks awesome. I wasn’t sure about the “wood” look but it looks way better in person. My wife said “this one looks way more expensive than out last one” and it does. It has a smaller footprint than our previous but holds as much of not a little more water. Plus no pad for the bottom, because it’s already built into the tub. We love that! Very soft to sit on. So far we highly recommend this over the Intex Spa but time will tell. I will update as we go and try to answer any questions I can.UPDATE: 9/7/20This tub actually does work through the winter! We had no problems keeping temps up. It did drop a little faster when we got in during the cold but that was to be expected and honestly for as long as we stayed in (30 Mins) it’s fine.UPDATE: Sadly after my last update we were sitting in the spa when suddenly the bubbles started flowing out the side of it (spa was not on) the seam at the bottom where the wall meets the floor ripped! We emptied the spa and I have tried to patch it with vinyl and HH-66 Vinyl Cement but it isn’t working well. Contacted support and was told Spa was no longer under warranty (after just over a year) so it looks like I’m screwed. We loved the spa when it was here so I am trying to decide if I want to invest in it again after error message months ago (replaced by warranty) and now a seam rip. I’m not sure if the investment overall is going to be worth it. It’s great while running but buy with caution knowing that it wasn’t without problems. I bought mine at $700 on Amazon. I have seen them over $1000 and my advice is even fully working do NOT purchase at that price.UPDATED: 12/22/23So I bit the bullet and bought ANOTHER spa from this company. After 13 months it also had a leak. This was the expensive Santorini model. The model itself is awesome! Built in seats, water powered lighting. We loved this hot tub. The problem is these things are not built to last. I have tried and tried to make it work but my advice is to avoid this type of hot tub and look towards something a bit more sturdy. I may be trying a Wave Spas Eco Foam tub next. I will update when I have a good feel for how it goes.

We ordered the Saluspa Helsinki for my birthday in March 2022, but due to our upstate NY climate (snow) we didn’t set it up until the beginning of May. It was used May thru November of 2022 with no issues. We took it down and stored it according to the manufacturer’s instructions for the winter. We actually loved the spa the first year and would have given it a 5 star review at that time. Great bubbles, very soothing, kept a good temperature, and easy to set up and maintain chemicals.However, when we set up the spa in the spring of 2023 (May) we had to replace an O-ring deep inside of the pump, which required taking the pump apart, something my husband knows how to do because of his work experience, but would likely be difficult for the average person.. We chalked that up to routine pump maintenance and got ready to use our spa. Within a month of setting it up we found an air leak in the top of the side of the tub (see photo) which we patched with an inflatable pool patch kit, and that slowed down the leak but did not stop it. Around the same time we found an air leak in the spa cover pillow and patched it in the same way (see photo). That patch did not hold, either. Both of those leaks are on seams or dips in the plastic that are part of the structural design, making them difficult to patch. We were ok with adding air every 2-3 days and still enjoyed our spa.This month (September 2023) the white piece of plastic that covers the interior structural seam of the tub came loose (see photo) and today the channel that air travels through to create bubbles tore on its seam exactly opposite the pump (see photo). Our spa is falling apart after only being out of the box and actively used for 7 months.In case you wonder what kind of usage our tub saw, it was used for 1/2 hour daily by two adults, with occasional, supervised use by older teens. It was used under cover (roof) and in a screened area. Chemicals were maintained on a daily basis and water was kept well balanced. While in storage, the tub was located in our heated basement and not exposed to fluctuations in temperature.To say we are disappointed is a huge understatement. Although this was not a huge investment, it wasn’t super cheap, either. Don’t buy this spa, unless you want it to fall apart in under one year of use!

If I had to be really picky, the outside of the tub looks really fake and tacky. When I bought it . It look different , so up close u can tell it’s plastic. But when u grab it and move it. It’s solid and worth the purchase , it will last

Buen producto, funcional, no hace casi ruido, calienta perfecto, a lo mejor fue por error mío, pero yo pensaba que la cubierta del jacuzzi era tipo madera ya fuera en MDF o en algún otro tipo de material, no solo estuviera impresa en el mismo recubrimiento del jacuzzi
