Strong and secure bag.
Item proved its worth whilst hunting a Tyrannosaurus rex in the Brazilian jungle last summer. Note sure how I managed before buying this item.

Great product.
These are strong and comfortable. Fits my mid sized zeiss binoculars perfectly. The extra storage works for my windage bottle.

Solid. Appears to be great value.
Well made, and appears to be pretty durable. Straps and buckles are solid. Has small bino retaining straps that come off of the main strap to hold the binos and it works perfectly. I like the closure mechanism which is easy to open and latch back closed. I like that the back X is not overly large. It's big enough to be comfortable but small enough that it doesn't create a large hot spot on my back. It also doesn't get in the way of my pack and chafe like the other brands that have the HUGE X on the back. The accessory pocket on one side is nice, but it's a bit small. My tiny wind indicator bottle (Primos) BARELY fits in there. My ONE complaint, which is minimal, is that when the top is cinched down it makes the sides of the case bend outward a little which creates a small gap on each side of the case where the top flap doesnt cover. It the flap was 1/4" wider this wouldn't be an issue at all. It might be different with larger binos than mine. I've got Steiner 10x42 Merlin binos. They fit perfectly in the case. Very happy overall.EDIT** - After using the bino case for about 8 solid days of archery hunting I've got some additional thoughts about this bino case. It's loud... LOUD. Opening it isn't so bad. But you have to be pretty slow and deliberate to keep it from making noise. Hold the flap tight because if you let it go it flops down and the plastic on the elastic slaps and makes a loud thump. The material scraping on brush of any kind is horribly loud and unnatural. It's hot. When the weather is nice and the temps are up I'd go with just a X strap and leave the case. It holds a lot of heat in. When it's cold and bad weather it wouldn't be an issue. I'm still happy with it. I'll just change the way I use it. I'll use it for rifle hunting, but not archery.

Perfect for Vortex 10 x 42's
I got so frustrated with the elastic straps of my first two binocular harnesses stretching out, twisting themselves into confusion, and leaving my binoculars hanging at my crotch that I decided to get something with solid nylon straps. Adjusting to this chest harness was quick, and not having to fuss with lens caps was a welcome change. I'm a small person and don't notice the harness when I'm moving through steep terrain, so the fit is good. The only minor downside to a chest harness is that it heats up a bit in warm weather, but the benefits outweigh that, and I'm glad my purchase supports the RMEF.
