I am allergic to pretty much every plant-based version of protein. I struggle to find ample protein that isn't meat-based, so I was relieved to learn that cashew powder exists. This product blends well into warm beverages, and with a micro blender into cold ones. It tastes great, is light, and barely detectable texture-wise. The problem is you have to use a large amount of it to get even a small serving of protein, which is going to be the issue when relying on nuts as a protein source. But for that need, you pay dearly for this product. It's a small package and isn't something that I can fford to use on a damily basis. It's unfortunate because it is very good. It will have to be an infrequent supplement, and I will quest onward for something more premanent.
