A man finds himself trapped and used for medical experiments in an abandoned mental facility. He doesn't understand why or how he got there, but the surgical tortures allow him to experience a new level of pain, sadness and reality he has never felt before. As the levels of maniacal mutilation enfolds, he finds himself down the rabbit hole. Grasping onto anything, the tormented finds a way out.

Brutal!!
Out of all the sick films I've seen (including the other AGP) this movie got to me on a psychological level I cannot describe. This movie truly made me uncomfortable and anxious in a way that no other film has in years. Definitely worth a watch if you enjoy a more physcological approach to your torture fest!

Stunning!
Now this will make you black out. That's a real effect of this I've seen it lol! So the acting is awful, but owning the other American Guinea Pig, I expected that. If you're looking for a film to make you feel disturbed this film is for you. I'm not giving plot away so take my word on this when I say some of the best special effects combined with the black and white film... forget it. The surgical aspect takes it to another height. I would not show this to the average person:)

The movie was delivered exactly as stated in the description. It arrived in excellent shape!

Somewhat on the boring side
Unfortunately this didn't live up to what I had been hoping for. Found myself bored and easily side tracked throughout the whole film.

Horrible movie, with no explanation as to why the doctor was torturing them. Ridiculous ending, not worth watching again.

Only for fans of bloody horror and gore. The American Guinea Pig films take horror films to the next level!

Derber Streifen der seines gleichen sucht!!
Das dieser krasse Film in schwarz weiß daher kommt macht ihn auf der einen Seite interessanter aber auf der anderen Seite will man auch Blut sehen!!:))Besser gesagt man will sehen wie die Protagonisten die Farbe des Blutes hinbekommen haben.Ich habe mich auf jeden Fall krass unterhalten gefühlt.

De la torture à go-go
Un film en noir et blanc dans la lignée du premier guinea pig asiatique. On y torture un gars lambda pour y recueillir une sorte d'adrénochrome. Les effets spéciaux sont bien réalisés et mettront mal à l'aise les âmes sensibles. Des bonus intéressants et une version numérotée bien présentée

Prodotto arrivato in condizioni disastrose
I supporti in plastica con i dischi erano scollati dal cartone del case, solo per miracolo non mi sono caduti appena ho tolto il cellophane che avvolgeva il tutto.Per fortuna avevo sotto mano della colla e sono riuscito a riparare il tutto.Non chiedo la sostituzione perché probabilmente arriverebbe ancora nelle stesse condizioni, è proprio un problema di come il prodotto è stato realizzato: i supporti plastici sono fissati al case in cartoncino solo lungo il bordo esterno, con un filo di adesivo che nei sogni di qualcuno dovrebbe riuscire ad ancorare un profilo dello spessore di un paio di decimi di millimetro...Vergognoso per una "Limited Collector's Edition".

Theirs a couple questions that go unanswered but overall the movie is amazing the special effects are as expected top notch would reccomend for gore hounds :3
