This product states if you follow the directions it will work but i did just that and honestly did not work. Still had lice and had to seek professional treatment I followed every step. Now with that said i wasnt aware that i was on a subscription for a monthly shippment of this item which isnt returnable. I wish i never bought from this seller or item. I see very little bad reviews but i for one ended up giving this a chance and lost more than just money. I may just cancle my amazon acct as well. Too many conflicts with these type of product and sellers. I would rather give 0 stars.

Completely useless. Not a pesticide, just a conditioner to help remove lice and nits. But it has the consistency of water, and doesn't help remove anything. I got more bugs and nits out of my kids hair using the comb by itself, the solution made it harder. Save your money and just buy the comb.

DO NOT get this thinking it is all you need to remove lice!!! The “100%” effective refers ONLY to the comb and the “solution” is just to condition your hair for smoother combing. If you are working with thick or a lot of hair, unless you want to be at it for LITERALLY HOURS and still be left with uncertainty about being able to remove it all, go with the kit WITH THE SHAMPOO.

There are no pesticides and nothing to kill the lice in the hair. This is only hair conditioner and home spray. Waste of money

This is useless. The product you put in your hair doesn’t even have the lice pesticide. It’s basically a conditioner and a comb. The poison is just the spray for furniture.Needed to kill the lice, not condition my daughters hair.Read carefully before buying.

Does the job

The comb was great, products easy to use.

Used for three days continuously but the lice were alive and moving. Used again after a week as instructed but to no use.
