Why these reviews don’t reflect the earphones?

Bullets: good strain relief, thicker cord, seems durable. provided this product in exchange for my honest feedback, so I'll do my best to write an accurate, unbiased review.I chew through lightning cables like they're potato chips. Most of the time I just buy a bunch of cheap ones, figuring that I'm going to break them. Then I saw the cases of them catching fire and thought maybe those were anomalies. Then one of mine got damaged internally and I grabbed it to disconnect only to find that it was searing hot! I frequently break these at the strain relief. I've also had a couple broken by people just yanking on the cord instead of pulling it out, holding the connector. So it was a welcome sight when I opened the box and found a sturdy cable.Length is good at 1 feet, short enough to carry it with a battery pack and not have to wind it up so much. The small double sided velcro strap included is a nice touch, and useful on longer cables. The connector is sized so that it should fit all but the smallest of cases.

This is NOT a lightning charger. It is extremely slow. I have been charging my iPad for 20 minutes and it’s only at 13%...I’ve been using it and charging but it was getting so low so I stopped using it to let it just charge. It hasn’t changed from 13%!UPDATE - I was very frustrated with the chargers I had originally received. I had put my iPad on the charger when it was at 13% and then Ieft to go out and came back a few hours later to see it was only at about 27%!!! I had also put my phone on the charger at 12:25 p.m. and it took until 4:45 p.m. to get to 100%! That was not acceptable. After I wrote my review above, which wasn't very detailed as I was on vacation and using my iPhone to write the review, the company reached out to me. They sent me two upgraded chargers and I tried them out. I let my phone battery go down to about 30% and then plugged it in with the new chargers and they worked. These are great. The sound quality is exceptional,for the price with a good deep bass that isn't always the case with earbuds. Comes packaged with a variety of earbud silicone inserts to fit all sizes and shapes of earhole.. Not sure about the tangle free claim as this certainly isn't the case, but it can be said that it is certainly easier to untangle these earbuds as the cables are broader . From a personal point of view I don't like the angled style of jack plug and prefer the straight version, if someone could invent a swivelled one so that I can wrap the cables around my smartphone completely without risk of breaking the cable or connector then that would be brilliant.It would be good to see some sort of clip for the actual earbud cables to hold them together when storing. Plus the little bag that is provided for storage is a bit small to fit the broader cables probably could do with being 50% bigger, and please don't make it out of the velour type fabric as now as this gathers the dust like crazy. Outstanding, addictive music sound !!!!! Triple driver executed in my ear for hours. I have different musical tastes. Each type of music you hear through these headphones is like a live show. Everything is out of my mind and there is enough bass balance. A special fit is this, you forget what you wear inside the ear. Are they perfect? almost. I give these headphones 5 stars because you can not do better price. For $ 99, you get a pair of headsets that rival the price of the suit above.
