best quality, starting with services( packaging and shipment) and product quality. Very robust, excellent matching with the equipment, great result.

Sadly flawed
It never quite fitted my Kenwood Chef. The dimensions are ever so slightly different from the original, with the adjustment nut also requiring a different size spanner from my tool box. It's a shame, because the stainless steel construction is so much better than the original from Kenwood. In the last few days it has become increasingly difficult to fit to the mixer, and once in, it can be almost impossible to remove. I've now gone back to using the original for fear of damaging my mixer.
