Bought these a couple times now, love them for curtain rods and hanging up bits and pieces. Good cleaning of the surface before will get best results I use a water based cleaner, dry then an alcohol based cleaner. I do sometimes have to replace those holding up a large net curtain, factor in the weight and add extra hooks if you can.

This product is good for purpose if you remove the self adhesive sticker and clean the surface then fit with super glue

With a little bit of tension from the cord, you would attach onto these, the adhesive came straight off the wall.

We have just had new Windows installed and did not want to drill through the new UPVC frames so we decided that these were our best option and yes they were.
