Does this product work with apple airpods because of the bluetooth capability?

I have one of those vintage look crosley turntables... Love the look but the sound is horrible. I’m hoping this can do better. Anyone know?

I am getting some serious humming from this. Since there's no ground plug or any other ground I can see, is there any other way to ground this?
