Good beginner choice
My son was wanting a yoyo so I settled on this one. Fantastic choice! My son has really gotten the hang of it and started on tricks. He loves it!

Great yoyo
It is a great yoyo for beginners.

Fine, until dog ate it.
Ordered first one a couple months ago for my four year old. Worked just fine. The auto-return feature is nice and made my kid feel like he knew what he was doing. Our dog ate it so I ordered another one. The second one said it was auto-return on the package and it was the exact same model as our initial yo-yo. However, it did not work right out of the package. No auto-return. This one slipped past quality control.Started to process a return and one of my choices was to keep the defective one and have Amazon send a free replacement. So of course I chose that option. Fingered crossed the free replacement one works as it should! Still a nice yo-yo for a young beginner assuming the one you get actually works.

Broken string
My son was so excited for this yoyo. Just after opening the string broke at the yoyo. I repaired the string and it broke immediately. Thinking it was just a bad string.. but still he got to play with it maybe 10 minutes.

Better Than I First Thought
Initially, I had a negative reaction to this yo-yo. It advertised being the best, and I wasn’t happy with it. After having a little practice, the thing still wobbles just as much as any yo-yo I’ve used, so that may be me not knowing how to do it, but I can now make it spin in place and then return to my hand and it is indeed easier than my cheaper version.With proper practice, this is actually a pretty good toy, so I’ve altered my review.
