Good buy
The pizza here described are more thick Chicago style than true Neapolitan style. The bases are pretty "bready" with lots of crumbs and I am not sure if the recipes can be adapted to the thin style I favor. As far as I know, the Neapolitan sauce is made with garlic, not onion. Onion tomato sauce is more typical of Northern Italy. Other than that this book is worth the price if only for the AWSOME pictures. I have to restrain myself from biting the pages for how real they look. You can almost smell the pizza.

The Book is full of nice pictures but the recipes do not match the pictures.....

Great book and great guide to building your own wood fired pizza oven.
Better quality than it looks in the image and my Dad (who I bought it for) loved the practical instructions on building your own pizza oven. I bought it when it was £5 as a small gift but it really did look premium, slightly embossed feel to the full colour hard cover and well laid out instructions on building an oven inside.

Great pictures poor content
The build instructions were disappointing and very short on detail, eventually had to go with my own design. So far have not been able to make the recipes work, as they seem to ask for a very high flour to water ratio. Great pictures poor content.
