This little pocket led is absolute magic! It offers a nice set of features with RGB, CCT and some built in RGB effects like going through the color range, police lights etc. But what makes this light really great is that it has a large built in battery for around 2hrs of operation as well as being able to be charge on the go or while you're using it!This light is around the same size as a large smartphone, just thicker, and it was extremely easy to pack away with me to NAB 2019 where I used it as a colored backdrop as well as splashing additional lighting to products I was taking pictures of on the show floor.Seriously, I would not hesitate to have 3-4 of these things for portable lighting kit. They put out an insane amount of light and if you are not trying to film super wide lighting setups but medium to close-up shots, these lights will work perfectly and give you some room to diffuse if you are doing close up.Some may believe its pricey for what it is compared to a panel light that is brighter and cheaper, however you have to remember this is extremely portable with no need for additional NPF batteries. Not only that, it's made of solid aluminum keeping everything protected as you pack it into your bag. If you do a lot of narrative films where your scenes are moody and filled with contrast, these lights will really shine on your production with how you can deploy them all over the set, similar to the Sokani X21 but with more power, longer batt light, and RGB + Effects!If you plan out your shots and find yourself wanting to pack light on your simple shoots with the ability to throw color here and there. This P1 RGB LED light is exactly what you will need for your videos and can also be use for just a light source in general. (Until it dies on you then it just takes space in your studio and makes for nice decorations)1. PortabilityThis P1 is very light and small, but built with quality material. I like to travel a lot so portable gear on trips is a necessity and this light is perfect size for travel.Also, it is rechargeable. It uses usb type-c which means I only need to bring charger for my phone and this P1.2. UsabilityIt is very useful for run and gun situations because of its portability, but it also can be used on your professional shoots as well in conjunction with other lights sources. I know I will be using this light for my YouTube channel videos.3. DurabilityLike I said on my first point it is very well made. The led light is wrapped around with metal aluminum and has multiple holes to be able to mount the light with a screw.....Update after a month and a half of lightly using it.The Light gave out. I plugged it into the charger and now it won't turn on. The light is amazing but it looks like the light gets a short in it when it charges, so conclusion don't get this light. It was nice while it lasted but it isn't very reliable and will only set you back money.

I was amazed by the build quality of this light the moment I took it out of the box. Everything about this light feels super premium and crafted with precision. The light comes nicely packaged in a hard box which contains a carrying case, usb-c cable, camera hot shoe adapter, microfibre cloth, and the light itself. The led panel is mostly made of metal and feels really nice in the hand.The front of the light has a frosted matte finish to it, on the top there is a USB-C port to charge the light, a physical on/off switch (which I really appreciate rather than having software based on/off switch). On the right side there are two dials that can be used to control the intensity and hue of the light. On the left side of the light there is a machine crafted metal piece that moves as you desire, and can be used to mount the light in various positions. The light itself produces very bright light and the different hue values on the RGB range are also very saturated. I feel like this is a very unique portable RGB LED light.

I liked this little light initially. Worked great. Well with the pandemic, I haven't been out in the field much, but I'm going out tomorrow and noticed it had depleted to around 50-60% charge. So I plugged it into a USB C cable into the computer. Charged great for a couple hours, then I suddenly saw a bright flash, heard a small pop, and now it won't turn on. Light is dead.

First, let me say that this light is great when it works. It's super bright and has fantastic colors.The problem I ran into is trying to power it for an extended period of time. If it's charged, you can connect it to USB power like an external battery or a wall adapter, and it will work. However, if you let the battery drain and *then* try to power it from USB, it won't turn on because it thinks the battery is too low. The similar-sized Iwata RGB LED however *is* able to be powered from USB even when the battery is low.

I was amazed at the capabilities and portability of this light . . . until it turned off in a shoot and didn't turn back on. I have contacted the ANDYCINE directly through their website, received one email in response (which I replied to) and have not heard anything back in over a month. I sent a reminder email to prompt them to action, but still nothing. First time I've been burned buying a piece of media production gear on Amazon.

This light is a great tool for filmmaking, product photography or run & gunning. I have used this light for a few weeks now and is working perfectly I have used it as a key light, and also for product broll for give different looks to backgrounds or walls.Another great thing about this light is that you can control 1% at a time, and you have the oled panel in the back for more info, you can change color, kelvin and intensity.This is a awesome light that I will be buying at least two more, cause of the versatile and power use that it brings to the table. 100% recommended.
