QUICK TAKE:This is all solid wood, beautiful finish, no cheap feel, EASY assembly. On the smaller side but it is fine for my room.COLOR:After a months long search for the perfect coffee table at the right price, I could not be happier with my choice. My living room walls are a very light grey (almost looks white), my couch is grey, my brick fireplace is red, and my floors are a toasted chestnut laminate. They are not super dark but not super light either, so I was worried if this table would go well or clash. This table is a beautiful color, I wouldn't say quite as dark as an espresso stained wood but it looks great, it complements my room very well. In the dark of course the table looks darker but I really like it.QUALITY:This table is solid. It is light enough where I can lift and move it easily on my own but the wood is heavy enough that it very much surprised me based on what I paid for it, I was expecting something light, particle board-y but this is not that AT all. Once assembled, none of the pieces wobbled. When I first placed it on my hard floor there was an issue of leveling, but that issue seems to have disappeared once I stuck some of the felt furniture stickers underneath all of the feet. I was just trying to protect the floor but the table doesn't wobble anymore so that is perfect.PACKAGING/DELIVERY:My box was delivered by my mail lady. I am a girl of small stature myself, so when I saw the box leaning against my house with big stickers that said "HEAVY" I was worried that I was going to need to wait for assistance. To my surprise, the box was easy enough to get inside and opened on my own. This piece was packaged extremely well, my table didn't have a scratch or any issue whatsoever. Just be prepared to have a lot of cardboard and foam to dispose of.I added 3 cheapo baskets I picked up from wally world just to see how they would look. I will post pics with and without the baskets for example.

Really impressed by this one for the price. Very solid, easy to assemble, and looks great. The instructions are a little weird, attaching the bottom with only two legs in place at first. I took my time and didn't have the wood splitting issues others mentioned. One minor scratch on the bottom that you can't even see.Quick note about some of the low ratings. If it's too small that's on you for not measuring. If it's damaged in shipping, that's on the shipping company, return it. People need to learn how to leave product reviews. It's a cheap coffee table manage your expectations.I think this is a great product for the price. Funny that the matching side table costs more. Also, love that the Allan wrench supplied was not the shortest thing in the world and had a ball end!

I just received this table yesterday and am very happy so far.There is a tiny blemish on the top where it looks like something hit the table top. This may have happened in shipping or during manufacturing. The box was in tatters when I got it, but the pieces seemed well packed and protected. One end of the tabletop also has some rough spots, as if it wasn’t properly sanded. There are more imperfections on the underside, but those won’t be seen after assembling. For a $100 solid wood table, I wouldn’t expect perfection. It feels sturdy and doesn’t look cheap.I was able to carry the package myself and assemble it myself (though it would have been easier with two people). It came with everything necessary to assemble, including one extra of each component. No power tools are needed, just a hex wrench, but driving the wood screws can be difficult as the holes didn’t seem to quite line up perfectly.The table wobbled after assembling. This could very well be due to an uneven floor rather than the table itself. It was easily solved by putting a furniture pad under one of the legs.This table is on the smaller side, which is what I wanted. Make note of the dimensions before ordering (37” x 21” x 18.25” tall). The distance between the shelf and the lip around the table top is 8.25”, and there’s an additional 3.75” from the lip to the underside of the table top. So you could fit something 12” tall on the shelf but you’d have to tilt it to get it underneath the lip. There’s 5.5” of space under the shelf in the middle and 5” near the legs.

This table is a very good value for the money, and looks more expensive than it is. STURDY! Packed very well, and easy to assemble. I am very satisfied and highly recommend this product. (I also ordered the matching end tables) and the set looks fantastic!

Compact and sturdy.

I ordered this coffee table because it looked handsome and it was the right size to fit in my living room without taking over a lot of space. It was also the style I was looking for. I wanted a shelf as well, which it has. I ordered the espresso, a dark brown, to match the end table I bought that is made by the same company. Putting it together would have been a little easier if I had an extra set of hands, to have someone hold each leg while I screwed in the wood screws with the provided Allen wrench, but I did manage it alone. If you tighten the screws for each leg, and then tighten again each time you add a leg, and then tighten when all the legs are attached, you will have a very sturdy coffee table. Use a "light touch" if you do it this way so you don't overtighten the screws. Follow the directions and you'll be golden. I love this coffee table. It's a good value for the money and perfect if you don't have a large living room area or if you have a lot of furniture in your living room.

The table is heavy and very sturdy looking. The finish is extremely beautiful and all in all, this looks like a much more expensive piece of furniture than the very reasonable price I paid for it!

I'm very happy with this purchase. I had been looking for a quality coffee table for under $200 CAD, and took a chance on this one. Not disappointed. It's extremely sturdy, looks great and was very easy to assemble. Arrived on time, and though there was some damage to the packaging, the table arrived without a scratch.

Nice, sturdy little coffee table. Perfect for an apartment. It was OK to put together. The wood screws for the bottom shelf were a bit difficult to do by hand but managed to get them in. Some minor imperfections but mostly hidden when the table was put together.
