Happy with this headset so far...
I'm writing this review after one week of use...will follow up in a few months to update.First of all, I think it's helpful to know what your intent and usage is when looking for BT headsets, or headphones in general. I tend to use these daily, for 8ish hrs/day, for a combination of calls and listening, probably 80/20 podcasts vs. music. I also tend to like to just use one ear or the other, so the neckband style is much preferred for me vs just ear buds or the necklace style (which end up pulling to one side if you don't have both buds in).Prior to this purchase I have used the LGs, as they are really the foremost offering in this style. I have had one pair of 760s and am on my second pair of 770s, but have been looking to find something else for a couple of reasons. First, my 770s last about a year before one of the buds goes out. Which is fine at that price-point ($40-50) based on how much I use them. However, as I look at the next set, I see tons of bad call quality reviews on the 800 and 900s, and price-points in the $90-120 range, and I just am hesitant to spend that much unless I know they are going to be awesome. So that led me to these Spigens, especially as I am also looking for a pair with retractable/hidden wires. I got these for $30, so at that price I figured they were worth a shot to compare to the LGs. And so far so good.Pros: very light and comfortable, sound is good for both podcasts and music (EQ options are nice, but I like the normal setting just fine for both), no complaints on call quality, ear buds fit pretty well in my ears both a bit loosely and more tightly if I want more noise cancellation (i.e. while mowing the lawn), retractable wires are a really nice upgrade over my LGs. Build quality seems good, overall.Cons: I prefer the LG button layout to the Spigen, which has just one multi-function button and one rocker for both volume and ff/rew. Mostly seems to work, it's just not as intuitive as I was used to. The wire retraction mechanism does seem fragile, and I suspect will break down at some point. I am being very careful with them, which is fine, but I am curious to see how long that lasts. Which I knew going in, and is likely the opportunity for Spigen to improve on future versions.I can't say how they compare against the LG 820s or 920s, but I already prefer them to my 770s, which I really like. These will be my primary daily pair until I wear them out, and I will update the review accordingly. Bottom line, I think these are a steal at $30, and probably worth a shot at $50, but it's all going to come down to how long they last...so far I'm impressed overall, though.UPDATE 1/12/21 - I'm adding a star to these, and wanted to share just how great and durable they have remained. I bought another pair late in 2020, but the original pair is still working great after 20 months. No loss in sound quality, wire retraction is still smooth, and even with constant use they are holding up great. I bought the extra pair so that I have another ready to go when these finally do die, and in the meantime I am alternating use so I always have a pair charged. I love these and will continue using them as long as I can. Hopefully Amazon starts stocking them again as they really are an amazing product.

Decent audio quality. All day comfort
I bought this to replace my old LG Infinim HBS-912. I did not want to buy LG since they don't last that long. I bought this one, since the first gen Legato had good reviews, and this 2nd gen one was cheaper. This unit didn't have too many reviews but I'm glad I took a chance to try it out. I've now had this headphone for several months, and have been using it daily.Audio quality is comparable to the Inifinim 912s. I was initially concerned when the startup message sounded on the Legato headphones, since the audio quality of the startup message is atrocious. However when I streamed music from my phone, thankfully the audio quality was much better. I have Jabra 65t which sound better - but I prefer these over the Jabras since I can just keep them around my neck, even when I'm not listening. The cable retraction mechanism has held up well. I've accidentally worn these to the shower a couple of times, but these kept on working like a champ.

Awesome replacement for my tones!
Just received today to replace a pair of LG Tones Platinum HSB 1100. Couldn't bring myself to drop another $100 on a pair of tones that dont last. I've had 3 different pairs of LG tones platinum and every pair has eventually crapped out. They are so much lighter than the HSB 1100, I hardly know they are around my neck. Sound quality is about the same as the LG tones and I have no issues with noise cancellation. Mic works fine and there is no interference on either end of calls. My tones would cut in and out when I turned my head blocking the bluetooth signal, so far I haven't had any connection issues. I love the flexibility of the neck band and that is sweat/water resistant. I haven't fully tested the battery life yet but my tones never lasted more than a day, and this set was comparable. The only thing I'm a little worried about is the ear bud retraction. My tones had a button that shot the buds back into place, this headset you have to pull the cord to retract. Knowing this I bought the 3 year protection plan. My tones never lasted more than a year so if these last 3 then color me impressed.
