They are really throw away. Many of the meds I use on the animals ruin the rubber plunger at first use. One and done.

I accidentally bought these because I liked the variation of size. However, they do not work for oral medication for our cat, as the opening is too tiny for anything thicker than just thin liquids. For a thicker consistency (for my cat, it is like a pudding texture), this just did not work. In frustration, I finally went to the local CVS pharmacy, who explained the difference ... then they supplied me with what I needed.

Used these for lots of purposes-saving colostrum, administering medications to baby, and even getting water and medications into a very sick dog. Great multipack, very useful, and all the syringes are individually packaged and sterile.
