KEEN Women's Rivington II CNX Criss-Cross Shoe

After experiencing temporary pain in my foot, I got serious about shoes and searched for some that provided support, protection, and comfort. I wanted shoes that I could wear without socks for the summer. And with travel in my future, I wanted shoes I could slip off and put back on easily at the airport, and that would be comfortable walking some distance. I tried pair after pair, but no winners till I found these Keens. These wonderful shoes came through on all points! I normally wear a 7B, but in these, I had to get a size 6.5. They are a perfect fit. The toe box is wide enough that your feet aren't cramped. The arch support is very good. The elastic strap is secure but not tight. The insoles are comfy. The soles are non-slip and your toes are protected by the way the sole extends upward in the front. All this and the shoes are SO cute! They cradle my feet like kid gloves. I loved them so much, I ordered a second pair in red. Just great, great shoes!

I purchased these last week and wore them for the first time yesterday. I usually wear an 8.5, but I ordered these in a 8 based on other reviews. They are a bit large to wear on bare feet (they slide around a bit), but should work nicely with socks, which is how I originally intended to wear them. Yesterday was 96 degrees and I did spend quite a bit of time outdoors and the shoes were a bit hot (there's no ventilation in the shoe), but again I mainly intended these to be work shoes for fall and winter, which I think they will work out well for. They were a bit wide on my feet, but not too wide, and that will probably be better with socks. The straps were a bit tight at first, but that got better as the day wore on. I'd rather have something a bit tight than have my shoes sliding all over the place.All in all, these are really high quality and comfortable shoes. I wore them for 9 hours and yesterday and they were comfortable both walking inside and outside on pavement. I will warn you though if you are looking for something to wear in the summer, these are probably not your best bet.

I love my new Keens! I can wear them with and without socks. I love how lightweight they are and how they go with so many outfits. I did have my right shoe stretched by our local cobbler to accommodate my bunion on that foot, but that's just me. They are very comfortable, and the straps keep them from feeling sloppy as they inevitably stretch out a bit. Thank you Keen, for making shoes that fit my wide toe carriage. My second toes are shorter than my great toes, so pointier shoes just don't work for me.

Cute shoes that fit my wide forefoot nicely and are comfortable for short treks, left me with blisters on my pinky toes when going on a four mile walk around town. It appears that an unfortunately placed seam is to blame. Keeping these cute little shoes but will be hunting up some moleskin to pad them next time.

I ordered a smaller size after reading the reviews and they were too small. I was disappointed in the quality of the leather as I thought it was split too thin. I did like the style.

I loved these shoes! They were so pretty, and nice soft leather. As some other reviewers mentioned, the shoes were way too big! I am a true size 10. I have a rather narrow heal. The shoes were fine on length but the heal area was WAY too big! If you have wide feet, these may fit.

I love these shoes. They are so cute & I love the color. (I got Everglade). I wear a size 5 and that's what I ordered. They fit *almost* as a regular size 5. I chose "Fit as Expected" and the width is "As Expected" because they are close enough. They are a little larger than the size 5s I usually get but they aren't enough bigger to be even a half size larger. Overall, I'm very happy with the shoes. They are made well & have a decent arch support. It could be better, but they aren't flat on the inside. The insole is nice and cushy. They are very well made and the soles are pretty grippy.

Good overall and I do wear them often. However - I have average feet (not fat, wide, high instep etc.) and they fit a little weird. Seems like they are wide in the toes and the purpose of the straps is to hold it together because after wearing them for a week there is a weird gap thing happening. If my feet were fat enough to fill the shoe to the fullest, the straps would be WAY to tight. They are already too tight for me and I have to slip the shoes off whenever I sit down somewhere. The do have some arch support, but not a lot. They have a very weird smell. I have to keep them outside. Hopefully it will go away soon. I have walked a lot in them and they are comfortable until the straps start to bother me after long periods of time.
