Defective part
I purchased this item through amazon after using it about 15 times the pin that holds the crank on the assembly sheared off as I was cranking it during practice session!!! This appears to be a flaw in manufacturing that needs to be fixed and could be dangerous to the user as I sustained a nasty cut to my right hand!!!!!!!!!!! I don't have a Mathews dealer within 100mi to where I live and with the pandemic going on good luck with that! Even though my return time with Amazon expired in March I am hoping that they will accept a return for an exchange as I have been a loyal customer for years. i cant operate crossbow without it This is a $200 item. Please respond ASAP thank you

Broke with first use
The shear pin broke with the first use.

Inspect the product.
Crank handle pin was broken. System was relative easy to instsall, but pin dropped after first use.
