Q: I tried using this device with 4 different software's and none of them recognize it! Am I doing something wrong?

They don't use standard pcsc protocol, they use their own API as it says in the description. They did some slick development but it really limits the life of the tech since the went this way

Q: Can this nfc reader read tap n pay debit/credit cards?

Yes it would as long as you have the right interpreter. The SDK that comes with it is a less then optimal to test but they got all the required files to develop your own application.

Hello, good day. This nfc reader can not read credit card, it will only read and write the very specific type of cards. 13.56Mhz frequency specifically which base on ISO14443 Type A standared.Such as Mifare S50 1K,Mifare S70 4K ,Mifare Plus,Mifare Pro,Mifare Desfire etc.
