Apple iPhone XS, 64GB, Space Grey (Renewed)

The iPhone arrived to me a day earlier than projected in non original packaging. It seems from other photographs that users have posted that the condition of the device varies from order to order so I will simply state how mine arrived. The condition of my iPhone is impeccable. As you can see from the photographs provided, there are no scratches or signs of damage. I’m not sure exactly what is refurbished on this device though I wouldn’t be surprised if I found out it was at least a new chassis and back panel. Though the screen is also perfect aside from a few micro scratches that can only be seen if the display is off and in the right lighting conditions. So small that even my camera didn’t pick it up. The battery health is sitting at 89% so still well over the quoted minimum of 80%. Though that is to say this device is not without signs of use. The cleanliness of the device is good on the surface though there was a bit of dirt build up in the mute slider and speaker grills. Again not something you’d spot unless you were looking for it. Though if you are expecting something brand new then you should instead buy something brand new. The fact of the matter is that you’re getting a premium iPhone for half the price that’s still fully updated and supported. And judging by apples track record of keeping their phones updated; will be the case for at least the next three years. There are equivalently priced android phones being sold this year that will loose support sooner. So yes I do recommend this product to those looking for an iPhone on a budget.

First time buying a refurbished phone, had my concerns but non materialized! The phone, was provided by Sandbox Ltd. The iPhone XS arrived before the scheduled delivery day and it was in excellent condition, no scratches visible to the naked eye. The phone came with a charge and the pin to open the sim slot. No issues with the package. Not checked the battery life as of yet though.

I bought this as a present to my boyfriend who has a history of destroying his many past phones. I want to get him a new phone that met his needs but wasn't too new or it was too valuable and he would easily destroy it.The shipping was extremely quick as it was delivered by DPD. I was kept well informed by the courier as to when it would arrive, which I was very pleased with.The packaging was secure and the phone was well protected within the packaging which was a cardboard box and bubble wrap wrapped in more cardboard.... Not too much but not too little.The product also came with a phone charger... But let me be clear that it was just the cable and not the adaptor.It was in a very clean state and as you can see by my pictures it already came with power in it.I was sorely disappointed when I saw scratches on the phone. They were located on the side of the phone in a discreet place. Having ordered it in excellent condition, I didn't expect there to be any scratches, marks, scuffs or cuts on the phone and by excellent condition. I expected the battery life maybe not to be exactly as it was brand new.....I am thankful that the scratches are in a discreet place which will be hidden by the phone case I have bought with this.This is why I have rated this four star, It was almost everything that I had expected with just one thing letting it down. The scratches are pretty deep so they're not exactly unnoticeable but there's only applies if you don't have the case on.... Which my partner will be having the case on constantly so I guess it doesn't really matter too much.The whole process was very quick and I am very pleased with this and I would buy again even with the knowledge and experience that received on this occasion. But I would also consider other options more so.

Great price and delivery initially, however… nearly at the end of the 12 month warranty my son dropped his phone on a carpeted floor and the whole screen has separated from the chassis of the phone (obviously had a screen replacement previously and not stuck down correctly) anyway, we sent it back to them for repair to be told it has been caused by user induced damage. Ok fair enough. But the screen should just smash and not come away from the phone. I’m told the warranty is now void and If I want my phone back I have to pay them a £20 admin fee which is ridiculous or get them to repair it at a cost (this we are awaiting a quote) so either way, to get my phone back I have to pay them something. Be very careful ordering this in case you come in to an issue

Needed a phone for my daughter and wasn’t about to spend lots on a new iPhone. This reconditioned model has an excellent screen and face recognition, so doesn’t easily date. It also has full app support (as of Jan ‘23).I almost went for the XR as they are at a similar price point, but decided that a better screen and camera were worth the small extra cost, especially if it meant that more apps might support the screen resolution for longer- completely unproven as yet.Decided to go for iPhone over Android which would have been cheaper- a reflection on the reliability I’ve had with Apple over the years- and the ease by which I was able to add this phone into the family control. For instance, I can check screen time usage direct from a widget on my own phone.Top stuff so far- time will tell if the battery or app support lets us down; I figure we’ve got at least 1-2 years.

Lovely phone good value would recommend seller

Like many others, I was a little hesitant about what I'd get when buying a refurb phone. I can happily say though that I am really pleased with what I got. No visible signs of previous use - pretty much looks and works as if new. The battery was at 81% health so I guess I got a little unlucky there however, it still lasts me almost 2 days so that's plenty. I like the specs of the iphone XS with facial recognition and screen size. And all for just a fraction of the new price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone. Probably I wouldn't ever buy a new phone again.
