I bought this book as a Christmas (Happy Birthday, Jimmy!) gift for my Parrothead dad. He hasn't stopped talking about it for a week! A wonderful book with a good collection of Jimmy's songs, although it is not a complete collection. My dad says that the chords are similar to the studio tracks, but are written in a way that is easier to play on guitar.A beautiful hardcover book that is perfect for the guitar-playing Parrothead in your life.

Wonderful songbook for Buffett fans. Well written forward (by Jimmy) and bio. The song sheets are a combination of chords and melody, with signature licks in tab. Song transcriptions are top notch with vocal harmonies and key instrumental solos included. I'm very impressed with the book and look forward to sitting around with friends and singing these songs. 146 songs! Can't be beat.

As a huge Jimmy Buffett fan and a beginner guitarist, I found this collection very helpful. Plus it is a hardbound book, which just makes it that must better.

I have quite a few Buffett books but this one encompasses them all. You only need this one to have all his music.
