Great value for the price
Excellent product, very good quality, and fast delivery. I recommend this product to anyone with upper back pain. because it has significantly relieved the pressure on my back. Great value for money.

Dont wear this too tight as it could cause a injury to your muscles in your upper back.
Excellent for those with poor posture it will hold you up but depending on your age dont have this on too tight ,im 80 years old and it pulled a muscle in my shoulder probabley my fault but i did have it on fairly tight. overall this product does help with back pain and and im very pleased with it but have had to leave it off for a while for my back to heal but i will be wearing it again soon .Its a good product with the benefit of helping your posture and back pain at least i found it helpful .

Getting the right size.
I don't think that it is strong enough and I am only a slender person.

Uncomfortable
Looks like picture but left bad marks around my arms and shoulders. Very uncomfortable to wear, ended up returning it.

Doesn't work for me
I understand that people's backs are different and for someone like me that slouches this is a very weak, ineffectively designed product to really help. If i imagine a scale of 0-10 with 10 being seriously help, I would say this is a 3. It mostly helps with reminding me not to slouch because I feel it when I move and when I type on my laptop. It now makes sense why it's only 10pounds.It seems like the other one that grips part of the waist too could be more of help but I haven't tried it and i am not going to for the near future. I will stick with this one because it's better than nothing but I would suggest to go for the more expensive ones if you really need immediate help.
