Good product for the money. Bright screen. Maybe it is not super accurate but a good deal.
You need to hold the on/off button down for 2 seconds + to turn on and off.It did say so in the instructions but it annoyed me a bit until I figured it out.Works well over all and seems more sturdy than the Snark.

Uncomplicated tuner
Easy to use...even for someone who hasn't touched her guitars in years and both needed new strings!

Accurate and easy to read
Love how easy it is to read. Compared it to other ones and it is accurate.

Great tuner! But doesn't use a c cable, and you cannot change sharps to flats on the display.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:After using a couple digital tuner apps and the lower end Kliq, this one is my go-to. Quick response, bright screen, rechargeable. There are two things holding this back from being a five-star review: The charging port really needs to be a c-cable nowadays; and the display should have an option to show flats instead of sharps. One other thing of note. If you ever drop this, even from waist height, it will likely not work ever again. I'm guessing this is because of the sensitive nature of the sensor in the device that picks up vibrations from the guitar. Had this happen to me once already and I had to buy a brand new one. Still, the unit is great for what it does. Just be careful with it.

Solid build Tuner
This was my first time trying out this brand of tuner. Has a lot of different options so there is a bit of a learning curve. It’s built solid so that’s nice when you’re throwing it in a gig bag of guitar case. Very bright and easy to read while using. I’ve had trouble in the past with the ball joint getting loose but this one is built tough and stays in place. Worth the money.

Surrounding noise will not affect it.
Reacts only to vibration of instrument. Surrounding noise will not affect it. reacts quickly without being "nervous". Settles on it's reading.

The tuner is very good, however I had a very lacking customer service experience.
The tuner is very good, however I had a very lacking customer service experience. The Kliq Ubertuner has a small round "foot" in the clamp that has a rubber pad on it. The pad is glued onto the foot and at some point, while using this tuner on a few guitars, the rubber pad on the foot fell off with no one noticing. This seems like something that could/would be common with this design, so I contacted Kliq via Chat about replacement pads which they said they do not offer. I then asked about their warranty - "3-YEAR WARRANTY: In the unlikely event the KLIQ UberTuner breaks or stops working, we'll replace it or give you 100% of your money back, no questions asked." and was told that losing a part does not constitute a breakage. I agree - but the glue letting go during normal usage and allowing the pad to fall off does. That should be designed to have the pad clip in somehow in addition to glue or this is likely to occur, and a better glue/epoxy should be used. After a bit more back and forth, I was asked to provide a picture, which I did, and the customer service rep then just went silent and ceased responding. I pinged a couple more times in the chat, but gave up after 45 minutes of nothing. The pad is important to prevent scratching up a finish, especially on a nitro-finish guitar. The leftover glue is not completely smooth so I would not want to use it as is on any nicer guitars. I would expect that they should be able to replace the pad (or warranty the tuner if not) given that it is a design/assembly concern, but was told they could not help me before being ghosted when I replied to their later request for a photo. In short - very good tuner in terms of functionality, but check it carefully after every use as you're out in the cold for something simple like the pad letting go. Customer Service was dismissive overall and ceased communication once the picture they requested was provided - a very poor showing. Even if they would not help, after receiving the picture they requested there should have been some response. And as to the "no-questions" warranty - apparently it's just marketing rhetoric and there is nothing behind it.Too bad I can't rate the functionality, assembly, and customer service individually. Averaged it out to 3ish stars.
