Order the right size to begin with until you consider stretch factor. Got these and now I can run as intended.

Title 2 pack replacement straps _ only received one strap. False advertising
Have not used item yet, but annoyed enough to write a review. Ordered 2 items. Received only 1 strap when advertised 2 pack long replacement strap. Also ordered small 2 pack that came packed in box with 2 strap as advertised.

Nice armband for running
This stays in place well. Stretches easily. If you have small arms can stretch too much. But it is the best running armband that I have been able to find.
