Hello, if your bathroom faucet is m24 female thread, it can work because our faucet diverter comes with a m22 male to m24 male thread adapter.

How do you stop the tap end (facet) part spraying everywhere? I've used plumbers tape and tightened with spanner.

Use PTFE tape for water use it around the faucet before you screw in the extension and no water will come out. This is used for any water installation.
