I am so happy with this little vacuum cleaner. It works so well. Very strong suction power that even the smallest particle of dust could be picked up with ease. Excellent performance in my book. Totally worth the price that I paid for. I'm glad I didn't opt for the more expensive brand. I am impressed with the quality of the way this was put together. Assembly was very easy. We used it right away. We made this purchase on an emergency as we have construction in our home and our 20 year old vacuum all of a sudden just disintegrated on us. The vacuum still works but the hoses gave out perhaps due to wear and tear from years of usage. So we were quite apprehensive to replace it with something new. But this replacement turned out to be better than what we have. It's lighter too and easier to handle. I do highly recommend this product. Forget the expensive brands. This works perfectly fine.

I absolutely love this vacuum and the suction power adjuster on it is amazing!! Best Vacuum ever don’t overspend on others that cost hundreds just do yourself a favor and get this one! It definitely sucks up everything it runs over, even heavy sand and things most other vacuum just throw around or miss. I would highly recommend this vacuum to anyone wanting a good strong suction for pet hair, kids, and everything else! It’s so versatile too. I can take the handle off for a short vacuum wand or take the whole thing off down to the floor for getting those places really high up. I can also take the whole body off and put the handle part in the head and vacuum stairs and hardwood floors easier. The brush is sturdy and can be cleaned easy. It’s so light and easy to move. It gets things up against the walls and trim. It works well on thick rugs and on hardwood floors and anything in between. This is the ultimate clean freak mom vacuum!! Last but not least it doesn't throw dust back into the air! So if you have kiddos that have allergies this is amazing and will make them feel better instead of worse!! The filter is easy to clean also. It’s just all around perfect.

I will never again own a vacuum other than a Shark! It was easy to put together. It’s easy to clean. It has AWESOME suction! The variable suction for floors and carpet is very useful when moving around my hardwood floors, tiles, and area rugs. It is easy to maneuver. It is substantial without feeling heavy or bulky. It isn’t as loud as my last machine. The cord is nice and long and doesn’t require a three prong outlet. I bought it on sale and I got a great value for the price. I am thrilled with this purchase!

Noisy and heavy, but powerful. I would buy again. The suction is just incredible, and with two long-haired cats in the house, this is the perfect vacuum for us. The ability to detach the tank is also priceless for homes with carpeted stairs. The tank also stores lots of dirt, which allows for long periods of cleaning without the need to constant empty the tank. This vacuum is also straightforward and easy to use.

I bought the Shark NV360 vacuum model since it was very highly rated by Consumer Reports. I am glad that I bought it since it is reasonably prices and has very powerful suction. Vacuuming today using this Shark Vacuum was one of the most satisfying household chores. It was so powerful, it picked up dirt, dust and pet hair that professional cleaners missed! I am also gratified to know that Shark warranties this vacuum for 5 years, something that is rarely seen for electronics. Ignore the people who complain about how hard it is to use this vacuum over rugs and carpets (suction being too strong) because they are IGNORANT ( I am trying to be nice so I won't be flagged by Amazon). If they simply read the instructions, they would have known that there is a way to reduce the suction power so that it would be easier to run this vacuum on area rugs that have less pile and therefore need less suction power. 2 features I would have liked is the led lighting for the carpet cleaning and the item that holds the small attachments would be designed bit differently. One of the attachment keeps falling off its holder while I vacuum. I wish these attachments "clicked" on to the attachment holder so they are more secured to it and won't fall off. Lastly, I live in a one bedroom apartment and wanted my vacuum to be relatively small to store in a small closet. It fits fine.

I love this vacuum! I've had it over 4 years and it still acts brand new! It's lightweight yet sturdy.When I clean the stairs, I can lift off the body so it is easier to handle. It sucks up cat fur like crazy! And it is far superior to prior vacuums it handles so smoothly ( I also have a Dyson that I use in the basement family room but it is heavy and clumsy so I often carry my Shark down to use as it's lighter, easier to handle and sucks up more dirt! ). The canister is very easy to empty.I like it so much I purchased a similar Shark model for our vacation home.My only criticism is I'd like a longer cord but I imagine that's a personal preference.
