My Queen size futon was easy to put together. I’m elderly and did it by myself with an electric screwdriver. The mattress is thick and very heavy, so I needed help with it. For me, it’s a breeze to open, but a bit hard to close alone. It is, though, a very nice piece of furniture and perfect for my family room.

We love this Futon. We weren't futon people but this looks and fits perfectly in our home. The instructions were the best we ever had to follow. Everything was clearly marked and pictured. We plan to order another one for another room in the house.

only problem is putting mattress back in sitting position by one person was nearly impossible
