Heavy hitter to move heavy things
Assembly instructions were not great but those who can, do. After assembly, works very smoothly.

Keep searching. There's way better out there!
complicated, horrible design, and tiny! Missed the return window by one day, ugh! Save your money and go elsewhere!

Not an easy build
Solid build. Not easy to follow instruction.Just a diagram printed too small for older eyes. But once together, a solid handtruck.

Great Dolly for my craft shows
Love this Dolly and this can handle so much. Before with my other carry dolly from sams, I would make 4-6 trips and now I make 1 or two trips. It handles a lot. It's a little heavy only because I had hurt my hand when carrying heavy stuff before this dolly. and you have to practice the folding and unfolding. My only complaint are the turning knobs. OMGGGGGG they turn the wrong way, not normal.. so it always confuses me... not sure if they did that on purpose... but you can def use them without the knobs unless you want to use it as a standing dolly which i dont. Love it and highly recommend it.

For the person seeking a challenge...
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, would be to assemble this headache of a hand truck once your receive it. The first challenge will be to unpack this jigsaw cardboard box it is packed in. Then review the dreaded, rumored, white paper that shows the assembly instructions. It takes CAREFUL review, but it does assemble together into a working hand truck as advertised. I promise. It will just take patience, determination, and an assortment of hand tools. (I recommend two (not one) full metric socket sets, a small rubber hammer, and needle nose pliers. I managed to figure it out and put it together in 30-40 minutes, but your attempt may vary. When using it, the hand truck extension seems flimsy and not able to withstand a lot of weight, so I don't use it. Everything else seems to be holding up okay for the most part (including moving appliances) but I wouldn't treat it too roughly. If you only need this for moving household items, it should work well. I don't recommend for commercial use. May the odds be ever in your favor and good luck.
