Clarion MWRXCRET Marine Remote Extension Cable, 25 ft

I really like the cable... the plugs are well made and sturdy. the only negative is that Clarion only supplies them in 25ft lengths. One of my remotes is about 20 wire ft from my head unit, but the other is less than 5 ft. This leaves me with 20 ft of cable coiled up and unsightly. It would be nice in they made a 5, 10 15 and 20 Ft optional lengths

Great extension cord, just wished the ends had some sort of waterproofing to them. I sealed them up with rubberized tape and we're good to go!

This product worked very well. It would really be great if they offered it in other lengths so you don't have to wrap the excess cable in the already crowded electrical cabinets.

Wish they offered them in different lengths. I ony needed like 5 feet, not 25. Aanyways, works well with a MW1 and CMD7. Clarion never disappoints.

The cable is fine

Works as designed. Don't assume older Clarion equipment is compatible with this cable. The pin positioning is different as compared to models that are more than five years old.

As winter is fast approaching and the stereo is intended for his boat the review will be delayed until sometime next year. Amazon will not let you post a review until you pick how many stars the product rates, so I gave it three pending installation and evaluation.
