Halloween VIP
Used this on both cotton shirt/pants and furry paws/tail and it worked perfectly. I'll update once washed is there's bleeding, but application was easy and pigmentation is awesome. Ironed garment inside out as instructed and the pigmentation has held very well during active wear!

Jacquard Textile Color in 122 Black
This Jacquard textile color is great for covering scratches and scuffs. It especially works great on shoes. Note the before and after on my heels. I wish they had this product in navy blue.

Works great
Mixed this black with a green color to revive our heirloom antique velvet couch to use as wedding decor. Very trust the process, but it came out great. Interesting medium.

Great for zebra costume
My daughter wanted to be a zebra for Halloween and I couldn't find a costume in her size so I decided to get white shirt and pants and paint on black stripes. When the black fabric paint arrived, the container had leaked and the inside of the package was a huge mess. There was another item in the package but it was luckily packaged in plastic so it was not damaged. As you can see from the photo, the black paint pretty much obscured the label and it was unreadable. The paper cover under the cap was still intact but covered in paint, so I'm not sure how the leak happened. 90% of the bottle was still full so it didn't seem worth returning. The paint itself worked well. As other reviewers mentioned, I thinned it a little with water to get a smoother spread. It did bleed through the fabric pretty extensively, so I placed cardboard on the inside. The lines were easy to get sharp and I was very happy with how the project turned out. The fabric is slightly stiffer where it has been painted which is more noticeable on the leggings which are stretchy, but not too bad. I used the iron to set the color, but will not hazard a wash until after Halloween.

Covers well
I used this to paint some cloth clogs that was a light gray but I wanted black. They were expensive shoes and extremely comfortable so I wanted to keep themThis is good stuff and my shoes look new.

DESTROYED!
DO NOT BUY THE JACQUARD BLACK FABRIC DYE!! The "whitish splotch you see in the photo is the Jacquard BLACK FABRIC dye!!! Does this photo look "fixed, intense black" or anything at all like what the "Jacquard" advertising states? It is probably a plastic base, dries thick and somewhat shiny. I stirred up the initially thin paint, which did nothing at all to cover a bleach stain. After stirring, it was much thicker...so I applied with a brush. The next morning, after it was dry, although still THICK ON THE FABRIC, I ironed on the reverse side, as instructed. The result is a COMPLETE MESS, and ruined the fabric with a stiff, thick plastic look that was anything BUT black!!Are they going to replace one of my favorite tops?? There is nothing in the ADVERTISING that said this is not to be used on a black fabric!! This is NOT a true "dye" ... It is TOTALLY FALSE ADVERTISING, with a TOTALLY DISASTROUS RESULT!
