AMAZON - 18qt Stone Heater

I have used many crockpots AND This one by far it's the best! It heats quick and keeps the stones at a steady temperature.

This is a good heater. I skeptical though because the whole first week of use when I turned it on it smelled like something was burning but after that it did fine. I kept checking it and even put in a request to return it but didnt want to pay restock fee so I kept it. It seems to be doing ok and I don't smell any burning. It heats fast but the knob used to turn heat up and down doesn't have a temperature guide. I would have purchased a digital thermometer anyway for back up safety but it would be nice to have a guide to go by and I think about that when I purchased it or I would have gotten one with digital read out. Good heater though.

When I select the product I though that I was going to receive a Sivan Top Massage Stone Heater, however I received another brand, even when it's working I did not choose that brand and I think you need to double check before you send something you did not choose, next time I will read better, the stone heater works but it's not what I choose.

I love the unit but the picture is misleading. I thought that it came with a temperture gauge and bamboo tongs but it did not.

Product is okay. Not happy with handling for cleaning purposes. Has sharp edges when removing pan from the heater base.
