SBS Front Traction Pad

I wouldn’t be able to tell how how rad this traction pad is myself because I don’t surf... my 15 yr old ordered this traction pad and was super stocked when he put it on his new board. After his first session out he came home stoked and said it really helps with the pressure dings. This kid tries to blast as much air as possible! He’s happy so this was well worth the money.

I would like to start with the good. Color is as pictured. Logo has a crisp print and it is very easy to install. The grip on this product is not the greatest. But for the price, it’s about what you would expect. They are very very thin. Imagine a sheet of paper with pipe cleaners glued to it. Again... what you would expect for the price. My issue and why I will not buy this product again is the adhesive. I prepped a smooth surface very well. The adhesive lasted about 1 month before peeling up. I used this padding for the floor boards of a jet ski. The first day it held up just fine under the conditions: water and foot contact. However the next weekend it was much hotter and after 5 minutes in the sun, they all peeled and rolled up. Disappointing.

This is the second time I bought this front stomp pad.It’s grippy and thin so u still feel like ur on the board. Don’t have to go through the hassle of buying wax all the time. Plus can’t beat this price.2 months later: one of the pads just came right off my board in the middle of my session. Maybe they can’t withstand through cold water? Not sure

Adhesion not cutting it on this order. Already peeling up on corners after just 2 sessions...I'm past return window so I'm out the money.Bought in past didn't have this issue. You guys switch your adhesion? If so go back to the old stuff.

Not wanting to spend $100+ for decking for my kayak these are an awesome alternative. For $15 was able to cover areas I want and even had one whole piece to use in the back well area. Super ease to cut to shape and install. Sticks very well so make sure positioned right before touching it to surface. Very happy.

Such a great product, it provides great traction but almost even better if you have a ribcage like me it provides great padding to the ribs without the wax ripping out your man chest hairs witch was a huge plus for me , not that I'm a Neanderthal man but more just like sensitive bitch skin. Only have had it out a couple times in Kona Hawaii but like Mds I'm loving it!Maybe more colors in the future for super sick boards like my 5'11 J7 ugly stick!

This is a great deal for adding some grip to your board. I got it for my kiterboard, but it would work for any board you ride in the water...fast delivery and great value for the price.

Awesome fit for skim board much better price then the rear part I bought From the surf shop that was just as good as the $20 one I could’ve ordered
