Can someone please explain the switches in clear English, not poorly translated gibberish?

Here is what I gathered from the description: TFL ON fan speed min of 40% TFL OFF fan speed min of 20% TP1 OFF + TP2 OFF 95 - 113F TP1 ON + TP2 OFF 104 - 131F TP1 OFF + TP2 ON 122 - 158F TP1 ON + TP2 ON 140 - 194F BF1 OFF No fan 1 alarm BF1 ON Fan 1 alarm if stopped BF2 OFF No fan 2 alarm BF2 ON Fan 2 alarm is stopped The minimum fan speed is set by TFL. When temp is below the low end of range set by TP1 & TP2, the fan runs at mimimum speed. When it is above the high end the fan(s) run at full speed. Alarm is set by BF1 (fan 1) and BF2 (fan 2). If the switch is on and the corresponding fan stops, or is not connected, the alarm sounds. The board worked exactly as defined in the instructions.
