The watch arrived in a 6"x8"x6" box (way too big) with my watch, and all the parts loose inside, banging around. It was clearly a used watch. Oh well, I tried it. I have a brand new LG Stylo 4 phone. The Bluetooth only found the watch after 6 tries. The heart rate or blood pressure never worked.Unfortunately, this has become Amazon. Over the past 3 months I've purchased a $589.00 OnePlus 6t phone (Chinese, returned). A $759.00 Phone OnePlus 6t be phone (supposed to be for N. America, was China and India regional, returned), 3 phone cases, two we're returned, and now this watch, will be returned. What happened to Amazon? They used to be the safe place to purchase. No more. EVERY SINGLE ITEM I PURCHASED IN THE PAST 3 MONTHS WERE BROKEN OR THE WRONG PRODUCT. The $759 American region phone was intentionally mis-labled. Look it up. There are 4 or 5 people who had the same experience. Yes, they will return your money. No problem. But, who wants to wait a week to get your flagship phone, only to get the wrong one - TWICE IN A ROW? It took me a month to be e in a position to go out and buy a new phone locally.

Husband's BP was running high so we bought this to monitor it more frequently. Reading never fluctuated much but differed quite a bit from bp cuff. So not quite sure which one is off. Satisfied with other performances

Watch counts step fairly well. I didn't use it to track sleep so can't review that. I mainly bought this watch to track my blood pressure. It always gave me a blood pressure around 120/70 but than I would use my machine at home and my blood pressure would be 106/96, so not even close. The watch is now a waste to me.

I was looking for a cheap wearable to help keep track of my fitness goals. Quite suprised by how well this thing actually performed. Good build quality as well.

I had to return it. It did not work.

My blood pressure was high and this product was showing normal pressure. If you are looking inexpensive watch, this is for you but this should not used other than that.

I loved the product. However i lost it as the band is not secure. However, the app does have a feature where the phone rings to inform you of the lost. Unfortunately, mine was not turned on.

Connecting to app, pairing device,was horrible. Liked color screen, big don't easy to read and resets automatically each day
