The belt is a nice size and has a roomy pocket for storing keys, phone, tissues, credit cards, etc. It is adjustable and fits nicely on my lower waist. The only thing I don't like are the bottle holders. They DO hold the containers securely. However, it is difficult to put the container back when I'm in a race. I have to pull the belt around to the side and use both hands to help push it into the holder. Overall, I like and will continue to use it.
