I needed to switch the throttle cable bracket over and did a little adjustments ,other than that it works great.

I was able to fix my back pack blower and get the leaves out of the driveway! I hate to rake and I love my backpack I was glad this fixed it and it came in a timely manner to do so!Very pleased

The description says the kit is for an Echo RM261T. The grommet on the fuel lines is doesn't fit the opening in the tank, too small. The fuel filter is smaller than the original. The air filter is not the correct part. The bracket on the carburetor for the control cable does not fit the brass tube on the control cable. But, I was able to swap the old bracket for the new.Otherwise, all was fine. The carburetor works very well. The kit was still a bargain for the price.

Fuel line grommet did not fit my weedeater was way to small old one was still in good shape so used it but other then that worked great and installed in minutes

Need to remove some parts from the old carburetor and exchange with the new carb. Just minor things like the throttle holder piece and the bung for the gas tank was too small so I kept the original But aside from that it went well. The trimmer runs like new. I Would recommend kit this any time
