I Want good reception for digital FM stations no matter where the unit is in the house. Is the radio reception enhanced?

Fm reception is better then any other receiver in the house. I bought the external antenna and did not need it. There one station where I live that is hard to pick up and the Bose is crystal clear.

is it worth the price?

No, it is not. Bose sent me an open box, and I have been trying without success to request a return. They will not respond. Amazon won't help, either. The alarm is unreliable. I overslept twice. I set the CD player to sleep after 90 minute. I wake up several hours later and it never shut off. If the music is on low, it sounds muffled. It only sounds good on high. Not worth $500.00. Especially when you can't return it! I will never buy Bose, again!

How many CD's can you put in this Wave?

i have the bose wave 3 and the 3 cd changer under it but there is no communication between the 2 parts I think I need the Bose wave 2 for them to be compatible. will the 6 cd changer work with bose wave 3???

does it have a usb port

The only places I found were "Auxiliary In", Headphones", "Bose Link "( large round with little holes) and Antenna. No marked USB
