Bigjigs RailMechanical Switches (Pack of 2) - Other Major Wooden Rail Brands are Compatible

I got these switches cause I wanted to have some automation when it came to the path of some of my motorized locomotives. However, the switches on these aren't strong enough, so the locomotive just flips it back to the straight position every time. If you are running a push train, these are great. If you are running motorized trains, find something with a larger plastic switch like what BRIO made back in the early 2000s. They work great!Hopefully this review helps someone else, but other than that, these are great! Sadly, I will be returning them and getting stronger ones.

So worth the price! My boys love them and it eliminates fighting on which way their trains should go! No more restrictions on how they lay their tracks.

These pieces fit easily on the track system. They are fun to use to switch tracks for your trains. My son loves to use these and act like a train conductor. A good price and easy to use. I would buy again. Recommend

Imprecise manufacturing. If you pull the lever all the way out train tends to detail.

It's a shame The Learning Curve don't have this product to sell separetely yet. It's essential to direct the battery powered trains. I like it so much, that I am buying it again. The only question is how durable is it? I don't know it yet, but the yellow part doesn't seem to be really really durable. Well, only time will tell.

The track does not locked in with Brio and Thomas tracks (loose fit) and the action switch only makes the train go the correct way about half of the time. Have returned the item I am going to look for the Thomas & Friends- Action Switch maybe used and see how that compares.

Can't beat the price. I think these items are a great deal in fact just as good as Thomas The Train parts.

Compatible to use with brio etc my son loves these, well made and don’t charge the earth for them like some brands!

works well, the yellow button is just a little hard to push or pull but for the price, it's a pleasure for my son who asked some more

Didn't find these mechanical parts as sturdy as the thomas equivelent but do do the job.

They're alright but not as good as the Brio ones. Electric trains delail much more often on them vs the red Brio switches and we have a few of each.

The plastic is too thin, so a motorized train will simply ignore the switch and barrel forward. The construction is pretty flimsy. Overall, disappointed.
