Very easy to use and new battery set-up is great!
Have Servoxs' for 35 years and this new one has wonderful improvements!

Not impressed at all. Hard to use.
Product doesn’t match description it talks so highly about. Instructions were over whelming. Batteries were different then shown on picture. Battery life is horrible doesn’t last long at all maybe 1/2 a day if that. It also cuts in and out after only using for 1 hour. I’ve tried troubleshooting still didn’t help. For the amount of money this cost it isn’t worth it at all. Will be sending this back. I’ve tried setting the tones thinking it was how I set it, but volume started lowering again and keeps cutting in and out.

batteries won't last more than 2 hours
I have to buy AAA batteries 100 at a time, keep throwing them away, why does this device use them up so fast, I have to carry two Servox so I have a back up when I go anywhere, I am going to ask the VA not to use them anymore they are a piece of junk

This doesn't have the sound quality of the ROMET 310. He had this Servox XL as a backup. It doesn't work nearly as well.

Sound quality not good. Also battery life is issue. Trying new Panasonic rechargeable batteries
Didn't like the quality of sound that's produced. Old servox seemed better. After twenty-five years of using these kind of devices I have to say this is worst of all. Battery life is ridiculous. Original Servox batteries were difficult but lasted. Now if you're talking you need to replace within an hour. Buy a different device
