I bought these back in January . Its now June , so I've given it plenty of time . To cut a long story short , I'm on blood thinners , I have brain disease , mild heart problems , plus a few more . My hair was falling out with every wash & very fragile . A follow up brain scan i had recently was confirmed as worse . So I looked up supplements that could help my many medical issues and Omega 3 is a reccomended all rounder for quite a few problems . I opted for this particular one after a lot of looking. Now I don't particularly feel any different but on a very recent , overdue trip to the hairdressers she commented that my hair was thicker and in better condition. Along with these supplements I have started adding Hemp seed oil to my hair conditioner . My hair is more manageable but hadn't realised it was helping that much. Because of my huge list of problems I think any help that isn't a prescription medication is welcome. So I shall be continuing with these . I keep them in the fridge inside the zip bag they arrived in and take every morning after breakfast,with apple juice. Definitely reccomend but give it plenty of time to get into your system. A huge bottle so good value compared to some others.

No smell, no taste, even later on, if you happen to burp there is nothing ;)Easy for me to swallow but I've never had issues with tablets. Just get them the right way around in your mouth before you swallow.Can't tell if I'm getting any benefits but assume they are doing me wonders.

I am vegetarian and know the importance of supplements, some I know you can get your daily diet and other not so much so, I have hunted for quality Omega 3,6 & 9 tablets that were vegan for a while, I have tried a few others but most were low dosage or filled with bulking agents or the capsules was not vegetarian (though advertised).These are great for helping me reach my daily recommended requirements and I have been using them for around 3 months with only positive results.Highly recommended

Arrived on time. We'll packaged for protection. Easy to swallow, not too much of a flavour. Much cheaper than other vegetarian omega 3 products.

These are to me, like sweets. I have to stop myself eating too many- I chew them. I’ve found them good for improving mood.
