Good for the price
I bought three of these, one for a dual stereo synths, and two more for a multitrack setup. They work well out of the box, didn't notice any noise and the plugs are solid. The end cables (the 4 splits), do feel a bit fragile, so id suggest use this for permanent installations, but i don't think these will break any time soon with proper usage.

It get's the job done
I got this to connect my pedalboard to my console in my studio. Is good for having multiple lines in only one cable. It's going to stay there so there is not much testing on the durability. As for the sound, it seems to provide as much quality as my other cables. So basically I recovered 4 cables for my live sound work and my studio is more tidy. The terminals are quite short, so I had to remove part of the cover on the pedalboard end to reach all the outs. The connectors don't feel that great. For the money is a good deal.

Very nice audio snake!
Not overly heavy, has colored cables for each channel, works very nicely!I plugged 2 sets of stereo mics into it and now I can finally have convenient cable management, a miracle for me!

Initial impressions are good.
Just got 2 of these today and installed one as a permanent fixture on my audio cart I use for DJing. I was tired of running individual XLR to my DBX Driverack PA2. And since my Driverack represents a significant investment I didn't want to wear the connections with constant plugging and unplugging, so this was my solution.Cable seams to be a decent quality but as others have stated the ends seam a bit brittle. There is a video on YouTube showing different ways to reinforce these connectors so watch that (just search monoprice XLR snake). I plan on reenforcing mine. Some diehard audio and lighting fanatics would request I throw myself off a tall bridge for this but since I only need 3 or the 4 channels (left and right mains and mono sub) I'm going to use the yellow channel for DMX signalling for my lights... About now an audiophile is cursing my name and going on about to pitfalls of running a different signal alongside audio as there is a very small chance of interference but I'm a reble. Meanwhile a lighting fanatic is goin on about differences in XLR and DMX cable but I say I've used XLR as DMX many times and never had an issue so who really cares... I'll update as I figure stuff out.

Good product
Less cords less tangles less mess less space. I don't have any negatives here.
