If you’re needing to go, buy this. It’ll work faster than anything else I’ve tried and works well. I put a couple of spoonfuls in a quarter glass of water and drink that. An hour later, job done!

Maintains good bowel function
Flavour is immaterial - it is an effective fibre for the maintenance of good bowel function.

Excellent product, but you need to be careful about finding the right dosage for you as an individual. Go for the product with the added prebiotic more expensive but worth it.

Lepicol certainly helps you along. I take it more for improving my digestive system, rather than for the 'tail end.' Almost cracked the bottom of the pan.
