A tangled mess
Wow I cannot believe the state this arrived in. I have zero idea how to untangle such a delicate item and it’s very very tangled. The nerve to send like that.I already own this same item bought years ago for much cheaper in TJ HughesI bought again because I love how the other looks in my room.But how this has arrived is totally unacceptable. Livid.
