I ordered these supplements in hopes of combating my increasing stress levels. I like that it contains B complex, Magnesium and calcium, which are supplements I take already. I have been taking this for about a week now and I have noticed a definite decrease in my anxiety levels and am sleeping so much better. I am glad I took the chance on these and ordered.

These pills help me control my anxiety it assist me with being in a better mood. I used to find myself constantly tortured by anxious thoughts and i was easily irritable.I feel I’m in more control over my moods now and the little things don’t get to me as they used to before.

I gave these pills a try as for the last few months my job became extremely stressful. I was miserable and drowsy all day long. I got very easily frustrated from the moment i walked in to work. I started taking two pills before leaving for work, and i could feel the difference by the time i got there. I wasn't expecting them to make a difference but they did. I spend alot of time flying for work and have anxiety about falling asleep in time to get enough rest (a horrible predicament, right!) This helps curb my anxiety and allows me to sleep peacefully for the amount of time I have.

This really did help my anxiety and it is the first supplement I have found that does. It helps without the side effects of medication, and it’s nice knowing that it is all natural. Would definitely recommend!

I bought this for my husband whose job keeps his mind going 100mph all day & night. I wanted him to leave the melatonin alone for a while & he really likes this supplement even better. He feels more equipped the next day, to deal with stressful situations & it isn't fall down tired but an overall sense of contentment he feels about 25 minutes after taking, allowing him to fully relax & enjoy the day. Doesn't make him drowsy either! Great alternative to heavy medications.

I thought I'd try this for panic attacks (I currently take 2 prescription meds for it), so I tried it for a week and it didn't really do much , just slight changes. But I gave it to my daughter who also has panic attacks (not as bad) and is in college (so stressing). She did great on this! She was able to take her mid terms and do really well - no crying even. So I think this is a good substitute if you are on the fence about going to prescription medication. It may not work for you if you have severe anxiety. (just my opinion)
