probably the first product bought from Amazon...The product is pretty good...will definitely suggest people out there to buy this product incase of arm physiotherapy...

These bands are good but could be cheaper as they break easy and should be better for paying for the brand name of theraband

Ordered the green tubing which is rated heavy resistance. It was delivered in a timely manner, but I think the resistance is lighter than heavy and lighter than I would like for working out major muscles like chest, back, and thighs. However, I can use it to exercise "secondary" muscles like arms and shoulders, so it will work nicely. Just received it today so cannot comment about its durability.

quality wise its fine but the band which seems to be green surgical tubing is pretty weak. The other people in my work out group (we are talking 50 plus year olds) have much more substantial bands. I will have to get another as even doubled up this one is not much.

Giving it 3 stars because the shipping was super fast.... but... Bought this because the green tube is for heavy resistance. Come to find out it's not heavy at all. My wife who's 5ft tall and doesn't lift weights even said it's too light.

The green band was supposed to be medium difficulty but it seemed very easy to me and I’m 73 years old. So be forewarned.
