Honestly like these a lot. Sound quality is decent, they can get quite loud and since they are 2 small units, you can place them as far apart as you need. Controls are just a simple volume wheel, but personally I always leave it all the way up and just adjust volume on the PC control center. They are compatible with any system a standard 3.5mm audio jack, but you do need a USB A port available purely to power them. I got the black ones and they look nice and have a decent heft to them, I do somewhat wish there was a way to disable the blue LEDs on the underside, but other than that they’re great.

These are some great speakers. I purchased these speakers in 2020, and technically they still work and sound great. I accidentally broke the 3.5mm jack plug, and now there is a constant buzzing sound coming from the speakers, which is likely due to the damaged ground. So I am purchasing another set of these speakers. I am glad they are still available.

Wow! Would be well worth the price even if I had to pay full price but they're on back order but was able to pick up a Like New pair from Amazon Resale for just about half price. Sound is wonderful and bass from the "bass radiators" really adds to the rich sound. The Cincinnati Pop's performance of "Magnificent Seven" and Last of the Mohicans film scores sounded GREAT on these speakers! The only thing I have noticed with my Like New speakers were light, superficial scratches on top of each speaker which is where the name plates sit and of course don't affect the sound. I tried to take a picture of the scratches but are so light don't show up. Connection was easy. I like the size and shape of the speakers. They fit nicely under my laptop's external monitor and help the speakers blend in. The felt pads on the underside of the speaker foot is a nice, helpful touch.

I can't exactly butcher a $23 pair of speakers i bought in a hurry to add to my desktop computer in cramped space. They worked fine and sounded decent for the price. But i needed these to be hooked up to a usb c hub so i could switch between computers to share keyboard/mouse/speakers across both. However they draw more power than standard usb so i had to make sure my hub was also powered or they would cut out or interfere with other devices more and more over time. They also started developing a weird hum that would change when you fiddled with the wires or the inline volume knob. The wires are so so tiny i could only imagine they have very little shielding or durability. That said.... they are only $23 dollars... and had i just left them plugged into the desktop, never moved them or re-arranged things with my usb hub maybe they would have lasted a bit longer.

Speakers staan mooi op het bureau. Ze waren zwaarder dan ik verwacht had. Goed om te weten dat ze blauw licht hebben. Ik heb nog geen manier gevonden om het licht uit te zetten. Zou ze zo weer kopen.

Zugegeben: würde ich die Amazon-Basics mit meinem Bose 2.1 am PC vergleichen, wäre es ein Vergleich zwischen Birnen und Äpfel... Aber ein Versuch ist es mal wert... Seit ich die Bose am PC habe, hört auch mein Nachbar regelmäßig Trance and Techno der 90er mit... Ob er will oder nicht :-) ... und mittlerweile kennt er auch meine Telefonnummer schon auswendig wenn er um 23Uhr mal wieder keine Ruhe findet -.-.. Ja richtig, die Bose spielen natürlich in einer anderen Preisklasse... Aber was darf ich denn nun von den gut 300€ günstigeren AmazonBasics erwarten, die im 4er Set keine 10€ das Paar kosten...... Allein das hohe Gewicht des Pakets lässt schon vermuten, was man bekommt. Und in der tat, die Lautsprecher sind qualitativ verdammt gut verarbeitet. Die blauen LEDs sind hübsch anzusehen, aber letzlich entscheidet der Klang - und der ist für diese Preisklasse echt Hammermäßig gut! Nichts scheppert oder klappert und nein es ist keine Blechdose... Für den einfachen und normalen Gebrauch am PC für hin und wieder mal Videos oder Musik/Radiostreamen sowie für gelegentliches zocken oder auch für unterwegs meine absolute Empfehlung... Wer aber viele Games zockt, ständig Filme sieht und Musik hört und sich dabei die Birne wegblasen und jeden Bass in der Magengegend spüren möchte dem Empfehle ich dann aber doch lieber den Griff zu einem 2.1...
