I buy medicinal mushrooms from Time Health because I trust them. There's so much rubbish on the market, but these people sell the real deal.

Not a premium product.
The studies done on lions mane show that both the mycelium and the fruiting body should be consumed to achieve the maximum benefits.It is not stated on this product how it is grown, which is important for the yield in the active compounds. Nor if it contains both elements of the organism. Which indicates it does not actually contain the full spectrum mycelium and fruiting body.The Japanese study used fruiting body powder (not extract) with 60 to 70% polysaccharides. This “high strength” product only has 50%.I won’t be buying this again. It might have some benefits, but this isn’t the grade used in the research.

Good product but will get capsules or tincture in future for convenience
The product comes in a zip lock bag within another zip lock bag. Brown/orange powder which I found strange beacause lion's mane is white. 75 days (upper limit dose) and 222 day (lower limit dose) supply. Taste is very earthy. Comes with a little scoop and the product WILL stick to it if the scoop is wet in any way. The product is somewhat soluble in water.

Mixed with orange juice
Nicely packaged in resealable bags , when mixed with orange juice it’s very palatable.

Real deal
Seems to be as it says it is.Been using for a few months now and the long term effect has started to manifest. Some brands can be low quality and impure, but this seems to be the real deal

Stop with the supplements
I've tried so many supplements on my healing journey and now I practise U.T aka urine therapy YES! I drink my own piss! Do your research it's full of vitamins , minerals, stem cells, homones , anti bodies & emzimes . Aged urine it the only supplement you will ever need and it's FR'weeeee. That's free advice . Namaste
